Dhaka modernism built to breathe.
We reject generic templates. By partnering directly with our own architectural practice, we design residential and commercial sanctuaries shaped by honest materials, cross-ventilation, and the monsoon wind.

Selected Works
Sanctuaries in concrete and clay
Our projects prioritize spatial honesty and tropical climate responsiveness over speculative square footage. Each structure is detailed to age gracefully in Bengal's humid climate.
The Courtyard House
A multi-generational family residence in Gulshan structured around a central open-air atrium, maximizing natural cross-ventilation and capturing the path of the monsoon wind.
Exposed concrete, local terracotta, and hand-laid brickwork define the physical reality of this sanctuary.

Spatial Honesty
Monsoon-Ready
Architect-Led
We expose the structural integrity of our buildings. Raw concrete and local brick are left unplastered, allowing the materials to breathe and age beautifully over decades.
Deep concrete louvers and overhanging slabs protect internal spaces from the harsh tropical sun and driving rain, eliminating the need for constant mechanical cooling.
By uniting development and architectural practice under one studio, we ensure that spatial poetry is never compromised by speculative spreadsheets.
